Essential information for inflatable rentals: bouncy fun for every occasion

  • We offer a variety of bounce house combos and water slides that are perfect for both kids and adults. Our structures are made with the highest quality materials and we ensure that all safety standards are met. With Spring Hill Inflatables, you can be sure that your party will be the talk of the town for weeks to come!

  • Renting an inflatable is straightforward. You can browse our selection online, choose your favorite inflatable, and book directly through our website. We'll ask for the date of your event, the duration of the rental, and the location for setup. A deposit is typically required to secure your reservation. We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the inflatable to ensure it’s properly installed and safe for use. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure the availability of your chosen inflatable.

  • Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our inflatables meet safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned. Upon delivery, our trained staff will set up the inflatable and provide you with detailed safety instructions. It is important to supervise all children using the inflatable at all times and adhere to the specific guidelines, such as weight limits and the number of users allowed at one time. We also recommend setting up the inflatable on a flat, open area away from any hazards like trees, fences, or power lines. In case of bad weather, particularly high winds or lightning, use of the inflatables should be discontinued immediately. All of this is covered in our customer contract. All customers are required to agree to Spring Hill Inflatables Terms and Conditions of use.

  • There is a $50.00 deposit due upon time of booking. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc) Spring Hill Inflatables, reserves the right to cancel your reservation. If your event gets weathered out we will apply your deposit for a future date. If you book an inflatable with us and decide you would like to cancel your reservation your deposit will be applied to a future booking. If you cancel your booking with us less than 5 days before your rental date you agree to forfeit your deposit. We reserve the right to address each booking on an individual basis. Once inflatables leave our facility the full balance of the inflatable rental is due.

  • No, a deposit is required for reservation. It is a non-refundable deposit which is required to reserve your inflatable. The remaining balance is due 24 hrs prior to the event (minus the deposit). If the event is weathered out, we will apply your deposit to a future date. If you cancel within 5 days of your rental date you forefeit your deposit. Deposit refunds are managed on a case by case scenario.

  • We have rules primarily to ensure the safety of the individuals using them. Inflatables are fun and entertaining, but they also pose certain risks, especially if not used correctly. The rules are designed to minimize these risks and prevent accidents or injuries. Additionally, by establishing rules, rental companies can protect their equipment from damage, ensuring its longevity and usability for future customers. Overall, having rules in place helps create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

  • 20x 30 Ft Grassy area. We DO NOT setup on concrete, gravel, sand, mulch, or any other rough/abrasive surface. Reach out for indoor surface questions. 

  • Your chosen spot for setting up the inflatable doesn't have to be perfectly level, but it should ideally be relatively flat. Inflatables cannot be set up on hills under any circumstances. If you're unsure about the suitability of your location, we can arrange a site survey at no extra cost. However, please note that site surveys are subject to the availability of Spring Hill Inflatable staff in your area and will be scheduled at our convenience. For more information, please contact us.

  • Delivery fees should only be selected when renting party equipment NOT accompanying an inflatable. Delivery surcharges would also be applied when the rental is farther than 20 mile radius

  • SHI Guidelines & Safety- Bubble Houses

    At Spring Hill Inflatables, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Please review our rental guidelines and safety precautions to ensure a smooth, enjoyable event!

    Rental Guidelines

    • Rental Period: Standard rentals are for three hours with the option to extend. Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown within our service area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.
    • Setup Requirements: Inflatables must be placed on flat, clean surfaces such as grass, concrete, or turf. We do not set up on gravel, sand, rocks, or uneven terrain to avoid safety risks and damage. Ensure the setup area has enough space for the inflatable, blower, and entry access.
    • Supervision: An adult must be present at all times to supervise the inflatable. If you need assistance, we offer attendants to ensure your event runs smoothly and safely.
    • Footwear: For hygiene and protection of the inflatable, all participants must remove shoes before entering. Guests should bring clean socks for use inside the Bubble House.
    • Add-Ons: Want to enhance your rental? Extra balloons, Tarp, Turf, or Tents are available as add-ons to customize your event.

    Safety Precautions

    • Maximum Capacity: Please adhere to the specified capacity for each inflatable. For the Bubble House, the limit is four to five people at a time to ensure safety.
    • Wind and Weather Conditions: For your safety, inflatables must not be used in winds exceeding 20 mph. If the weather forecast shows high winds or severe conditions, please contact us to reschedule. Outdoor Bubble House rentals must be set up in shaded areas, especially in hot weather. High temperatures may require moving the event indoors.
    • Power and Setup: We will need access to a power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, you can rent a generator from us. Inflatables will be securely anchored using stakes or sandbags, depending on the surface.
